Highland Country Store
Visit Us in Downtown West Liberty, Ohio Today!
Highland Country Store started in August 1992 as a local feed store with a few gift items. Before I knew it, I was running out of space and lifting more than needed. It was time to move. West Liberty, Ohio was a great fit for my business, with many other country-themed stores, as well as wonderful people. I found the perfect location on Detroit Street with plenty of room for all of my great country items, and it was conveniently located in the heart of West Liberty.
Today, I have a wonderful store filled with unique gift items with plenty of space to show them off. Come walk on my old country floors and smell the wonderful scents of a country home. I would love to see you and share my passion, along with some incredible products that you don't see everyday.

These warm, rich earth tones reflect a gracious past and provide contemporary elegance. This careful selection process is followed by an unique pigment grinding process and is then guided through the time honored method of batch making.
This process coupled with the finest available raw materials sets the standard for Olde Century Colors. "First in Quality and Performance."
Specifically formulated for all painting requirements from interior and exterior architecture to fine furniture. Performance is state of the art while the paint will leave a subtle brush stroke in the dried film, a feature characteristic of hand crafted batches of the 1800s.
Canus Goat's Milk Soap
What's so special about goat's milk soap?
Fresh goat's milk has long been used as a skin moisturizer. Goat's milk contains capric and caprylic acids which reduce the alkalinity found in many skin care products. This reduced alkalinity results in a pH level closer to healthy human skin. Canus has extended the natural benefits of fresh goat's milk by adding Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil and Wheat Protein, known for their antioxidant, moisturizing, conditioning, protective and nourishing properties. Plant lipids such as Olive Oil can be very helpful in hydrating and keeping skin from feeling dry and uncomfortable.
Cooper's Mill Jams and Jellies

All delicious jams and jellies are made in small batches, so that the best flavor and consistency is obtained every time. They never use any artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives. All Cooper's Mill products are proudly made in Bucyrus, OH.

Tree Free Greeting Cards
Tree-Free was founded in 1999 with the goal of being the most transparent, most environmentally friendly greeting card company. At the time, the only “green” alternative was Recycled Greetings, and Steve Silverstein, the founder of Tree-Free, picked up a Recycled card and couldn't find out what the recycled content was, whether it was post consumer recycled, and whether there was a way to do things better.
Tree-Free has printed on Kenaf, a fast growing plant related to the hibiscus, bamboo, hemp, and most recently on 100% bagasse (sugarcane waste pulp). At present, we are focused on using post consumer recycled paper. About 35% of municipal solid waste by weight is paper and paper products. Tree-Free is committed to reversing this trend. They print on Mohawk 50% recycled / 15% post consumer recycled paper for cards, and 100% pcw recycled uncoated paper for envelopes, journals, etc.
